Friday 30min Release
Wave goodbye to stagnant, negative energy that may have built up over winter with this flow class. We will use the energising & rhythmical quality of Sun Salutations to build heat & focus on what want to let go of.
Saturday Blossom Open
AM 1hr - Enjoy a longer dynamic class that gradually builds in intensity. End class feeling calm & energised.
PM 15 min - Bed time restore
AM 1hr - This nourishing class starts slow with some reclined stretches gradually building to low lunge salutations & ending back on the floor for some restorative postures. The perfect way to release any built up tension & calm a frazzled mind.
PM 15 min - Guided relaxation
Monday 30 min New Beginnings
End our retreat with an awakening morning practice & pranayama. We will set our intentions for the new season & begin the week with a sense of clarity using the mantra 'I trust the path I am walking'
Classes can be done in the comfort of your own home at a time to suit you.
If you are time limited, don't worry, You will have access to the Spring retreat videos for two weeks. You will also receive some nourishing recipes & tips to help you have a lovely retreat style weekend at home.
