Join the Yoga at Home Community 

Now, more than ever, it's important that we are developing healthy habits. Keeping fit both mentally and physically while also feeling part of a community is vital.


For this October I am offering a month of pre-recorded yoga classes for £45. You will gain access to five videos per week via my website. Classes are designed for all abilities (other than complete beginners) and range in intensity and length (from 10 to 45 minutes.) They can be done from the comfort of your own home at a time to suit you.


At the end of the month access to the classes will then be restricted so it's important you make the most of them while you have them. Classes will be available from Monday the 5th for just over four weeks.

Please make sure you have a safe space to practice in. If you have any previous or ongoing injuries, make sure you have permission from your doctor to practice.
