Challenge yourself to 20 days of yoga.

20 pre-recorded yoga classes, each around 20 minutes in length.

There will be five sequence focuses;


Awaken - Strengthen - Lengthen - Energise - Restore


Build strength, resilience & gratitude as a community.


 Classes are designed for all abilities (other than complete beginners) & can all be done in the comfort of your own home,

at a time to suit you.

Please make sure you have a safe space to practice in.

If you have any previous or ongoing injuries, make sure

you have permission from your doctor to practice.

Classes will be uploaded & available from from the 

4th until the 31st January 2021.

Private Yoga 

Enjoy a Yoga class tailored specifically to your needs & ability, in the comfort of your own home.


I can design a sequence that is right for you, working towards specific goals for the body & the mind.  


This can be booked for up to four people per session, so gather together some friends, or simply enjoy a one on one session, & start working towards your wellness goals!
